The cirque performances were jaw-dropping, the live music was enchanting, and the fire dancers and DJs added such a vibrant energy to the night. And yes — there’s even a dragon! Absolutely incredible weekend!!! It started out epic with a little chat with a big, but sweet, dragon. Then some Vegas level (or better imo) singing, dancing, circus arts, costuming and immersive theater. I loved it more than cirque de soleil as it was so intimate and up close.

✨Just returned from a magical realm where fantasy became reality! I had the most incredible time at Mirth and Mischief, an immersive theatrical experience set in the breathtaking Uhuburg Castle in Helen, GA. From enchanted forests to glowing fairies and dragons, from flower-crowned goddesses to living statues — every moment was a dream come true. Surrounded by my amazing friends, we stepped into a world where our cosplay came alive, and we became part of the story. 💫🎭🧚‍♀️

Mirth and Mischief was nothing short of astounding. The circus and fire performances brought such an array of unique talent. The character performers provided whimsy and laughter all evening. The projection mapping on the castle was a feast for the eyes. This could not have been a more perfect event!

We had the most magical night here! The location and castle was gorgeous, the performances and costumes had me mesmerized the whole evening. The actors/performers make you feel like you are part of the story which was truly exciting. It was just fantastic all around. I liked it so much I’m going back tomorrow night.

We were celebrating my good friend’s birthday with an evening filled with dragons, satyrs, fairies, garden gnomes, mood goddesses, dancers, fortune tellers, dancers, musicians, painters, talking trees, a royal carriage, DJs, fire performers and much more!! This show is SO refreshing and new! As someone who attends GA Ren Faire religiously every year, it was really nice to have an experience that offered magic and was different to switch things up. I had an epic time! The fire show was my favorite 🤩 🔥

We had a wonderfully immersive night! Such a fun time that will be forever memorable. The event's ability to draw guests into a fantastical world, making them feel like active participants in the story is amazing. The performers talent and skill, contributing to the overall magic of the event was top notch. Mirth & Mischief is unlike any other event, offering a one-of-a-kind fantasy experience. 10 out of 10!!

The cast and crew of this show are so amazing! Such great energy from everyone involved. The castle is so magically lit and decorated too! There are so many beautiful details that really make this feel like you’re stepping into a storybook or another world. What an amazing experience!

I went to Mirth and Mischief for their day event and LOVED IT SOOOOOO MUCH! The vendors are so talented, the actors all made me laugh, and all the workers were very informative and enthusiastic. I loved talking with the puppets and joking around with the dragon! It’s worth every penny and I think the castle is just beautiful.

It is a beautiful, magical experience all the way around. All of the characters are gorgeous. A wonderful night of fantasy and fun.

Ever wished to step into a Fairytale? You will never get a better chance than the immersive experience of Mirth and Mischief! Here is your moment to shine and be a hero- to help gather the LIGHT and fight back against the DARK that has descended upon the castle and its inhabitants, especially the poor, tormented Prince. Engage with tree nymphs, fairies, enchanted statues, a fairy godmother with a steampunk Cinderella carriage and a charming little gnome. Did I mention there's a dragon? He's quite intimidating, but a wave in greeting, perhaps a dance move or two, should prevent you from being eaten... probably. After the darkness has been defeated, celebrate with an after party like no other- a band, fire jugglers, and a fantastical light show on the castle. And when I say castle, I mean a REAL castle, with turrets, ramparts, inner courtyards and giant doors!

Truly, this was so much more than I had anticipated. I had honestly expected a comical, cheesy attempt at a RenFaire atmosphere complete with poorly executed English accents and ill fitted costumes from Amazon. It’s a newly built (2019, I believe) castle and it’s just down the road in Helen, GA, so how immersive and elaborate could their production really be? And with tickets starting at $100? What could justify that price point? Everything did. It was AMAZING. Without hesitation or reservation, I recommend going to anyone able. Skip the $50 movie date or dinner out and go on an actual adventure. I was blown away by the entire experience. The costumes were next level. Beautifully crafted and tailored with rich fabrics and embellishments. The grounds and castle were beautiful at every turn and viewpoint. But the people made it. The entire cast was interacting throughout the visit in such a way that you almost believed they were in the story they shared with you about their enchanted castle.

This experience was beyond expectations. Well, not sure what we were expecting, but I drifted into a world of fantasy as we toured thru a real Castle in the North GA mountains and chatted with a Gnome and a Gargoyle in a the Wall. Experienced a fantastic show of aerialists and dancers then roamed thru the castle walls to hear lyrical musicians, living painted art, live dragon and fairies lighting up the night. There's so much more. Parking is shuttled as the castle is high in the mountains, but enjoyed the trip up and back down as people were dressed in costumes, and everyone was excited to jump into a living fairy tale. Food and cocktails are flowing as well as artist markets with hand made items.

An Unforgettable Experience at Uhuburg Castle! I had the absolute thrill of experiencing Mirth & Mischief at Uhuburg Castle—and WOW. As someone who grew up just outside of Helen, it was surreal to see my hometown transformed into a living fantasy world. From the moment I stepped onto the castle grounds, I was immersed in a story that unfolded all around me. Every corner held a surprise—stunning cirque performances, mysterious characters, hidden moments of magic. It truly felt like I was part of the story, not just watching it happen. And the afterparty? 🔥 Electric energy, fire dancers, live music, and a crowd of enchanted guests all dancing under the stars. It was more than a show—it was a full-body, full-heart experience. Seeing something this imaginative and boundary-pushing come to Helen was a dream come true for our community. Mirth & Mischief is putting North Georgia on the map in a bold, beautiful way. If you get the chance—GO. You won’t forget it.

What an amazing evening! The castle is beautiful. The different shows were amazing. The after party was epic with flamethrowers. This event was so much more than we expected it to be! We will be back!!
